Game-day helpers
Every role the game needs, who’s on it, and an easy way to ask for help.
- Tap Game → Helpers, or Helpers on a game.
- Roles for your sport appear automatically, filled from the duty roster.
- On an empty role, tap "Ask families" to send a request to the group chat, or "I’ll do it".
- Tap a role to pick who’s doing it, read how to do it, or offer it to someone else.
- Add any role with "+ Add a volunteer role": BBQ, photos, car pool or your own.
- After the game, tap "Send a thank-you".
Tips
- Volunteers are adults only. Coaching roles show a Working with Children Check reminder.
