Team captains
A captain each game on a fair rotation, so every child leads.
- Go to Team → Captains and tap "Plan the captain rotation".
- Choose one captain or co-captains (great for shy kids).
- Tap a game to open the captain’s week: their role card with talk starters for pre-game, half-time and after the game.
- Pick a drill for them to lead at training, with five steps for teaching it.
- Tap "Tell families" so the family can help practise a three-line pre-game talk.
Tips
- Every child gets a turn before anyone has a second. Tick off each job afterwards and celebrate it.
